It is with sympathy, the management and staff of Slater's Funeral Home, Inc. announce the passing of Ms. Geraldine Harper, Macon, Georgia. Ms. Harper passed away on Friday, December 2, 2022. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at 11AM from the Union Baptist Church, Milledgeville, Georgia. Interment to follow from the Harper Family Cemetery at Warren Chapel, Devereaux, Georgia.
In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions be made to the family expense fund. Mrs. Burgamy was born in Milledgeville, Georgia on February 4, 1945, to the late Roscoe Harrison and Inez Green Harrison. She was a worked at Green Acres Nursing Home, an Escort for Horton Homes and for David Evans Accounting.

She was raised in Chickamauga, Ga. and graduated from Gordon Lee High School and attended Mercer University. She worked with the Treasury Operations Department at Atlanta Gas Light... Memorial services will be scheduled for Nov. 5, 2022. She married the love of her life, Christ, on Aug. 19, 1956, and had two children, Cindy and Greg.

Frances W. Torrance, 91, of Milledgeville, passed away peacefully on Oct. 18, 2022, after a brief illness. On Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2022, in the chapel of Moores Funeral Home with Dr. Gary Abbott officiating. Burial will follow at the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
Sallie Wiley Holmes, 103, passed away Monday, Dec. 5, 2022. Wednesday, Dec. 7 at the chapel of Moores Funeral Home with Pastor Mac Enfinger officiating. Burial will follow at Deepstep United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Mattie "Pauline" Zolotas, 87, who loved to be called "Memaw," departed her loving family on Nov. 30, 2022. She was born Aug. 9, 1935, in Thomaston, Ga. to Perry and Alma Mauldin.
